Any order $150.00 or over to the one delivery address is delivered FREE Australia-wide. All other orders have a flat rate $10.95 Australia-wide. We regularly provide deliveries to major Australian cities and we use the national carrier Australia Post. Our orders feature bar-codes with electronic tracking capabilities.

PLEASE NOTE: As we use external couriers we cannot guarantee a delivery time, the below are the delivery time guidelines from Australia Post.

Deliveries to Queensland Metro take on average:	1-2 business days to arrive
Deliveries to New South Wales Metro take on average:	1-2 business days to arrive
Deliveries to Victoria Metro take on average:	1- 2 business days to arrive
Deliveries to ACT Metro take on average:	1- 2 business days to arrive
Deliveries to South Australia Metro take on average:	4 business days to arrive
Deliveries to Tasmania Metro take on average:	4 business days to arrive
Deliveries to Western Australia Metro take on average:	5 business days to arrive
Deliveries to Northern Territory take on average:	5 business days to arrive

 
Delivery times to regional areas and areas outside metro will be longer than the times stated above. For the most accurate estimates for regional areas, you can use the Australia Post Calculator.  Our shipping suburb is Rhodes 2138, and please allow an extra day on top of the Australia Post estimate for your hamper to be made and dispatched.

Deliveries are made during business hours Monday through Friday.

* Our Christmas Hampers deliveries may require additional time for delivery so please order early to avoid disappointment. Other peak seasons where additional time may be required include Mother's Day and Valentine's Day.*


INCORRECT DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please enter all delivery details carefully. Including a phone number for your recipient can ensure your hamper arrives on time. Including the correct room number, street number, street name and company name, if applicable, will help make sure your gift arrives where you need it to. A re-delivery fee will be passed on to you for incorrect address details.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We deliver Australia wide. For international deliveries, we advise finding a suitable gift and hamper provider in the destination country due to the cost of shipping. Choosing a local provider will be significantly cheaper. If you cannot find an appropriate gift, we can arrange international delivery, however the delivery costs are significant.

OTHER IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

If your recipient is not at home and there is a suitable place to leave the gift, it will be left at the property. If there is not a suitable place to leave your gift, we will leave a calling card for future delivery.
