How do I place an order with The Hamper Emporium?

The Hamper Emporium offers its customers three easy ways to place orders.

  1. Order online with our easy-to-use and secure online ordering service. This is the fastest and easiest way to order with The Hamper Emporium.
  2. Order over the phone by calling a Hamper Emporium customer service representative on 1300 459 452 or +61 2 9743 3761 if dialling from outside Australia.
  3. Send an e-mail to sales@thehamperemporium.com.au using the subject line “Request an Order Form” or e-mail us the following information:
  • Your name, company name, address, phone number and e-mail address
  • Your gift recipient’s name, company name, address, phone number and e-mail address
  • Your selected hampers
  • Your selected message for all cards or a personal message for each card
  • For custom designed gift tags and/or ribbon, please include a .jpeg of your corporate logo and a brief description of the design

How much does delivery cost?

The Hamper Emporium offers FREE delivery to ANY Australian address.

When will my gift be delivered?

PLEASE NOTE: As we use external couriers we cannot guarantee a delivery time, the below are the delivery time guidelines from Australia Post.

Delivery Times *THERE MAY BE AN EXTRA 1-3 DAYS DURING PEAK SEASONS*

Deliveries to Queensland Metro take on average: 1-3 business days to arrive
Deliveries to New South Wales Metro take on average: 1-3 business days to arrive
Deliveries to Victoria Metro take on average: 1-3 business days to arrive
Deliveries to ACT Metro take on average: 1-3 business days to arrive
Deliveries to South Australia Metro take on average: 3-5 business days to arrive
Deliveries to Tasmania Metro take on average: 4-5 business days to arrive
Deliveries to Western Australia Metro take on average: 5-7 business days to arrive
Deliveries to Northern Territory take on average: 5-7 business days to arrive
 
Delivery times to regional areas and areas outside metro will be longer than the times stated above. For the most accurate estimates for regional areas, you can use the Australia Post Calculator.  Our shipping suburb is Rhodes 2138, and please allow an extra day on top of the Australia Post estimate for your hamper to be made and dispatched.

Deliveries are made during business hours Monday through Friday.

* Our Christmas Hampers deliveries may require additional time for delivery so please order early to avoid disappointment. Other peak seasons where additional time may be required include Mother's Day and Valentine's Day.*

 

Does The Hamper Emporium do bulk orders?

Bulk orders are The Hamper Emporiums speciality. We are pleased to offer our corporate customers quality gift hampers with the finest produce for every holiday or event. Our secure online ordering is ideal for bulk corporate orders. Can I order custom made hampers from The Hamper Emporium?

We are happy to customise hampers and gift baskets, but minimum quantities do apply. Customising the perfect gift for your loved one, employee or client is what we do best. Whether it’s for the CEOs of some of Australia’s largest corporations or the manager at your local corner store, our dedicated team will craft the finest gift baskets and gift hampers with exactly what you need. Can I personalise the message, gift card or ribbon on individual hampers?

Yes. Each hamper offers a unique message with The Hamper Emporium’s simple and secure online ordering. Corporate orders can also include a corporate logo on the gift card and/or ribbon.
 

What payment methods can I use on The Hamper Emporium?

For the convenience of our customers, The Hamper Emporium accepts online payments from MasterCard, VISA, BPAY and PayPal through our secure online payments facility.
 

Does The Hamper Emporium deliver Australia wide and internationally?

The Hamper Emporium delivers Australia wide. For international deliveries, we advise finding a suitable gift and hamper provider in the destination country due to the cost of shipping. Choosing a local provider will be significantly cheaper. If you cannot find an appropriate gift, The Hamper Emporium can arrange international delivery, however the delivery costs are significant. 
 

How do I know if The Hamper Emporium received my order?

The Hamper Emporium will send you an automatic confirmation e-mail as soon as you place your order online. This e-mail will include a receipt of your order. You will also receive a second e-mail confirming payment and delivery details (including track and trace capability) once your order has been successfully processed. An online order tracking service is also provided for all orders to making tracking your package easy.
 

Can I request a delivery time and day for my hamper?

The Hamper Emporium and our transport partners do our utmost to ensure your hamper is delivered on your preferred delivery date, but we cannot guarantee a specific deliver date or time. All hampers are delivered between 9am and 5pm EST Monday through Friday.
