Australia Post and Star Track are experiencing severe delivery delays to some areas due to fewer staff at depots and higher volumes of freight passing through the depots. Our Delivery Calculator has been adjusted to reflect these delays, however please note that these are estimates only. We will not be able to refund the cost of Express Delivery if there is a delay.

We are currently unable to guarantee specific days for delivery due to unpredictable delays with Australia Post and Star Track.

Our Delivery Calculator will assist you in trying to time the delivery based on estimated timeframes to your delivery postcode. Please note that these are estimates only and the hamper may arrive before or after the estimated date. 

It is much better that the delivery arrives early rather than late, so the best time to place your order is NOW.

We are able to make amendments to orders that have not yet been dispatched. We prepare and dispatch orders fairly quickly, and sometimes this can be done within minutes of you placing your order, especially when we are busy!

If it's during Sydney AEST business hours and you have just placed your order, please chat with us now via LIVE CHAT and we will make the change for you.

If it's outside of business hours please fill in the contact form below and choose 'Updating or Cancelling an Order' and include your order number and the change or addition you would like to make. This will place your message in the front of the line and we will aim to address this first thing on the next business day.

While we do not offer one-off custom hamper orders, each of our hampers is filled with products hand-chosen by our experienced team to ensure the highest of quality.

The Hamper Emporium hampers also undergo multiple testing phases to ensure that they are always delivered in the same perfect condition that they leave our warehouse in.

We do occasionally customise hampers for larger corporate orders - if you have something specific in mind, please contact our Corporate Team or visit our Corporate Page for more information.

We deliver Australia-wide only, and currently do not deliver to other countries.

It is recommended that you find a local hamper or gift supplier in the country of your chosen destination.
