Can I amend my order once it has been placed?

We are able to make amendments to orders that have not yet been dispatched. We prepare and dispatch orders fairly quickly, and sometimes this can be done within minutes of you placing your order, especially when we are busy!

If it's during Sydney AEST business hours and you have just placed your order, please chat with us now via LIVE CHAT and we will make the change for you.

If it's outside of business hours please fill in the contact form below and choose 'Updating or Cancelling an Order' and include your order number and the change or addition you would like to make. This will place your message in the front of the line and we will aim to address this first thing on the next business day.
