We offer you three easy ways to place orders.
- Order online with our easy-to-use and secure online ordering service. This is the fastest and easiest way to order with The Hamper Emporium.
- Order over the phone by calling a customer service representative on 1300 459 452 or +61 2 9743 3761 if dialling from outside Australia.
- Send an e-mail to email@example.com with a Bulk Order Form or email us the following information:
- Your name, company name, address, phone number and email address
- Your gift recipient’s name, company name, address, phone number and email address
- Your selected hampers
- Your selected message for all cards or a personal message for each card
- For custom designed gift tags and/or ribbon, please include a .jpeg of your corporate logo and a brief description of the design
- Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
- A dispatch notification email with courier tracking information will be sent upon dispatch – it may take up to 24 hours for the first tracking scan to register
- Requests for delivery on specific days can only be guaranteed by selecting a same-day or express shipping method, and typing the requested date in the special delivery instructions field on the checkout page
- Specific delivery date requests when standard shipping is selected cannot be guaranteed
Estimated delivery times:
- NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC metro: 1-3 business days
- SA metro: 3-5 business days
- TAS metro: 4-5 business days
- WA, NT metro: 5-7 business days
- All regional areas: 1-2 additional business days to metro estimates
Deliveries during the lead-up up Christmas can take longer than the estimates mentioned above – please be aware that extra time should be allowed to accommodate any unforeseen delivery delays during this peak period.
Bulk orders are The Hamper Emporium's specialty. Our secure online ordering is ideal for bulk corporate orders, or to make it even easier, download our Bulk Order From and email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are pleased to offer our corporate customers quality gift hampers with the finest produce for every holiday or event. Yes. Each hamper offers a unique message with The Hamper Emporium’s simple and secure online ordering. Corporate orders can also include a corporate logo on the gift card and/or ribbon.
For the convenience of our customers, The Hamper Emporium accepts online payments from MasterCard, VISA and PayPal through our secure online payments facility. We also accept EFT payments, our bank details are as follows:

The Hamper Emporium delivers Australia wide. For international deliveries, we advise finding a suitable gift and hamper provider in the destination country due to the cost of shipping. Choosing a local provider will be significantly cheaper. If you cannot find an appropriate gift, The Hamper Emporium can arrange international delivery, however the delivery costs are significant.
The Hamper Emporium will send you an automatic confirmation e-mail as soon as you place your order online. This e-mail will include a receipt of your order. You will also receive a second e-mail confirming payment and delivery details (including track and trace capability) once your order has been successfully processed. An online order tracking service is also provided for all orders to making tracking your package easy.
The Hamper Emporium and our transport partners do our utmost to ensure your hamper is delivered on your preferred delivery date, but we cannot guarantee a specific deliver date or time. All hampers are delivered between 9am and 5pm EST Monday through Friday.
