Can I order Christmas 2017 Hampers now?

Yes you can! Our Christmas 2017 Range is available to purchase now for delivery from 10th November. If ASAP is selected at checkout we will dispatch your order soon after 10th November, otherwise you can select a later date closer to Christmas. These shipping options are available to select on the checkout page when your delivery postcode and suburb have been entered.

 

By what date should I place my order so that it arrives in time for Christmas 2017?

              –  Sydney Metro - Thursday 21st December (order by 10am)
              –  Major Australian cities - Wednesday 20th December (order by 1pm)
              –  All regional and/or remote locations - Monday 18th December (order by 1pm)

  • CUTOFF DATES FOR GUARANTEED DELIVERY BY CHRSTMAS - Standard Delivery

              –  Sydney Metro - Sunday 17th December
              –  NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD Metro - Thursday 14th December
              –  SA and TAS Metro - Tuesday 12th December
              –  WA and NT Metro - Monday 11th December

How do I place an order with The Hamper Emporium?

We offer you three easy ways to place orders.

  1. Order online with our easy-to-use and secure online ordering service. This is the fastest and easiest way to order with The Hamper Emporium.
  2. Order over the phone by calling a customer service representative on 1300 459 452 or +61 2 9743 3761 if dialling from outside Australia.
  3. Send an email to sales@thehamperemporium.com.au with a Bulk Order Form or email us the following information:
  • Your name, company name, address, phone number and email address
  • Your gift recipient’s name, company name, address, phone number and email address
  • Your selected hampers
  • Your selected message for all cards or a personal message for each card
  • For custom designed gift tags and/or ribbon, please include a .jpeg of your corporate logo and a brief description of the design

How much does delivery cost?

The Hamper Emporium offers FREE standard delivery to ANY Australian address. Upgraded express delivery options are available at checkout. Visit our Delivery Page for more information.
 

When will my gift be delivered? 

  • Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • A dispatch notification email with courier tracking information will be sent upon dispatch – it may take up to 24 hours for the first tracking scan to register.
  • Requests for delivery on specific days can only be guaranteed by selecting a same-day, next day or premium shipping method, and selecting the required date in the calendar at checkout.
  • Specific delivery date requests for standard shipping cannot be guaranteed.

Estimated delivery times for FREE Standard Delivery:

  • NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC metro: 1-3 business days
  • SA and TAS metro: 3-5 business days
  • WA, NT metro: 5-8 business days
  • All regional areas: 1-2 additional business days to metro estimates

Deliveries during the lead-up up Christmas can take longer than the estimates mentioned above – please be aware that extra time should be allowed to accommodate any unforeseen delivery delays during this peak period.

Can I personalise the message, gift card or ribbon on individual hampers?

Yes. Each hamper offers a unique message with The Hamper Emporium’s simple and secure online ordering. Corporate orders can also include a corporate logo on the gift card and/or ribbon.
 

What payment methods can I use on The Hamper Emporium?

For the convenience of our customers, The Hamper Emporium accepts online payments from MasterCard, VISA and PayPal through our secure online payments facility.

Does The Hamper Emporium deliver Australia wide and internationally?

The Hamper Emporium delivers Australia wide. For international deliveries, we advise finding a suitable gift and hamper provider in the destination country, as choosing a local provider will be significantly cheaper. Delays due to customs restrictions in many countries will also significantly compromise the quality of the hamper contents. 

How do I know if The Hamper Emporium received my order?

The Hamper Emporium will send you an automatic confirmation email as soon as you place your order online. This email will include a receipt for your order. You will also receive a second email confirming payment and delivery details (including track and trace capability) once your order has been dispatched. An online order tracking service is also provided for all orders to making tracking your package easy.
 

Can I request a delivery time and day for my hamper?

The Hamper Emporium and our transport partners do our utmost to ensure your hamper is delivered on your preferred delivery date, and this can be guaranteed by selecting same day, next day or premium delivery at checkout. Deliveries take place on weekdays (exclusing public holidays), usually during business hours.
