we had a shipping mixup
"we had a shipping mixup that i hope was not a scam but a true mixup. i selected express delivery with australia post and the shipping was changed to express consignment which i assume was a courier and item was returned because the word AUSTRALIA was in the address twice. i had all of the correct information in the address fields so anyone who applied any bit of common sense could have figured it out. i lost what i paid for that delivery and was able to pay additional fee to have package delivered and it was lovely but i’m unhappy with delivery issue"
