"Delivered six days late and yet received messages saying it was on the and on time. This was poorly handled. Refunding the delivery charge with the excuse that "the couriers were very busy" does nothing for my confidence. I have spent several hundreds of dollars with you over the years, but will look around for another hamper provider."
