"At the end… it all worked up. Unfortunately it spoiled the surprise because it was delivered on the wrong date!!! 3 days earlier…contrary to my instructions… I had arranged for it to be delivered at a curtain date … you owned up to your mistake and send a second one on the right date… so … all good. . thank you! They live the hamper and were very happy and thankful! 😋"
"Hamper was well received however the delivery was totally inadequate. The Hamper was left on a fence pillar, there to be easily stolen from any passers-by. The Hamper was for a 100th birthday - the recipient was not able to retrieve the parcel due to his age. Also there was no effort made by the delivery person to contact the resident to let him know the Hamper was being delivered."
