"The items inside the gift box were of good quality and presented well, However, I was disappointed with the condition of the gift box itself. The crease where the box opens was noticeably worn, which made the overall presentation look less premium than expected. As this was a settlement gift, presentation is just as important as the contents. Unfortunately, the worn box didn't reflect the high standard I was hoping to present. I hope this is something that can be improved, I was disappointed."
