Disappointing Delivery Time
"The Spa Pamper Hamper was for a friend in Brisbane undergoing a double mastectomy. I ordered it on the Friday before her Tuesday surgery and paid for Express Post to ensure it arrived on the Monday. It didn't. What is the point in paying for a premium service when it can't be delivered in a timely manner? The hamper itself was great but the delivery process was extremely disappointing. I have purchased many hampers from Hamper Emporium and usually I just accept the 'free delivery Australia wide' and my hampers have arrived quicker than this one for which I paid extra delivery costs. I will definitely search for another provider next time I decide to order a gift hamper."
