Delivery FAQs

When will my order be dispatched?

To ensure the successful delivery of your order, our expert courier partners and logistics team have scheduled specific collection dates from our warehouse. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Regents Park NSW.

Specific dispatch days are required for the freshest, safest and most accurate delivery. For further information, please see our Help Centre.

 

Hospital Deliveries

Please note that due to changing restrictions, we do not currently advise sending your hamper directly to a hospital address and we cannot guarantee a successful delivery to a hospital.

Most hospitals have specific guidelines regarding the delivery of gifts to patients and staff, with some even unable to accept direct deliveries. Should you choose to send a delivery to a hospital however, helpful tips and further information available through our Help Centre.

 

Special Delivery Instructions

The special delivery instructions field on the checkout page is for specific instructions for the courier that are printed on the label (eg. deliver to the second floor and leave with reception, leave behind the pot plant near the front door).

Please note these instructions are not read by our team before dispatching - these notes are only meant for the driver and requests for delivery at a specific time of day will be printed on the label however cannot be guaranteed.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

The option is given at checkout as to whether or not the parcel can be left if no one is available to receive it. If Authority to Leave is given and no one is available to accept the delivery, the parcel will be left in a relatively secure location unattended at the address.

If the parcel cannot be left at the address, the delivery person may take it to a local Post Office for collection. This is dependent upon the selected shipping method, more information can be found here. Please note that redelivery or return fees may apply for any unsuccessful deliveries.

Please note that when Authority to Leave has been given, The Hamper Emporium and our delivery partners cannot accept responsibility or liability on the rare occasion that a consignment is lost or stolen after the driver has recorded the package as 'successfully delivered'.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched (shipped) from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include a live tracking link for you to access at any time. You can also access your tracking link here using the email address used to place the order, the order number and the delivery postcode.
