How It Works:
- Easy Branding Setup: Upload your high-resolution .jpg or .png logo with your first order and we’ll keep it on file for future use.
- First-Time Orders: For branded gift cards, we will email you the design for approval before production (please allow an extra 2-3 days).
- Flexible Updates: If your branding preferences change, let us know and we’ll update your details.
- Personalised Messages: Add a custom gift message for each recipient or select a generic message for all.
You can track your order at any time, by logging into your Corporate Account and navigating to Saved & Past Orders!
Additionally, once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking details. If your order includes multiple delivery addresses, you will receive a separate tracking email for each shipment.
If you prefer not to receive tracking emails, you can opt out when placing your order.
