How to purchase an eGift Voucher

Select an eGift Voucher and add it to your cart. With values from $50 to $1000, you have the freedom to choose the right amount for any occasion.

Continue to the checkout and add your recipient’s details, including the date and time you would like the eGift Voucher to be sent. Please note that you will be asked for a delivery address despite this card being in digital format only. You may select ‘Billing address’ here as we do not ship a physical copy to your recipient.

Confirm and process your order. Once it is complete, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of your order.

How to redeem an eGift Voucher

If you have been gifted with an eGift Voucher, it will arrive in your email inbox. Redeeming it is a simple process.

Browse our collection and add your hamper (or hampers) of choice to your cart. Here, add your billing and delivery details. You can also choose the most suitable delivery option.

In the panel on the right side of the checkout page, select ‘Redeem voucher'. Next, enter the ‘Voucher code’ and ‘Secret code’ that was sent to you via email.

Please note that you can use a combination of payment methods. For example, if your eGift Voucher has a lower value than your total order amount, you can pay the difference with another payment method.
