What Is the Standard Delivery?

Undoubtedly our most popular delivery option for Australian food hampers– the free standard delivery – available for all customers residing in Australia. To take advantage of this free delivery option, the only thing customers need to do is select this delivery option when checking out their  gift hampers.

Please note that delivery times of Australian food hampers may vary on your location. For example, customers living in Sydney will have a different delivery time for their Australian food hampers than customers residing in Melbourne. Please note that all our estimated delivery times are based on the idea that your order is placed before 1 pm on a business day. If you order after 1 pm, your order will be shipped the next business day, since the Hamper Emporium gets a courier collection only around this time.

What Do I Do If I Want to Return a Delivery?

If you are not happy with your gift hamper, the Hamper Emporium does accept return deliveries. To make this progress go smoothly, we recommend contacting our customer service team before you send your hamper back, especially in the unlikely event you have received a damaged or faulty item. The Hamper Emporium takes pride in the quality and presentation of its Australian luxury gift hampers, hence why we aim to provide our customers with the best possible service, even if the customer wishes to return their delivery.

Customers who want to return their delivery must contact the Hamper Emporium. Then, one of our representatives will send you a return label, which covers the cost of the return shipping. Before using the return label to send back the damaged or faulty item, the customer must provide photographs, so we can understand the extent of the damage or issues with the product and can prevent similar problems in the future.

Please note that returning a delivery is only possible within 30 days after the dispatch of your order; this also applies to replacements, refunds, credit or exchanges. Therefore, please inform us within this period if you wish to return the item.

Can I Cancel a Hamper Order?

When the Hamper Emporium receives an order, the hamper is dispatched within one to four business hours. If you have made a mistake during your order, or wish to make some changes, it is advised to call us immediately. Customers must also consider that orders cannot be cancelled as soon as they have been picked up by the courier, or if your hamper is already in transit.

Customers can send their hamper back if they are unhappy with their order, or if they had a change of mind. This must be done within 30 days after dispatching the original order. In exchange, the customer can choose to replace their hamper for another one, get store credit, or get a refund. Of course, this only occurs when the hamper has been returned to our warehouse. As soon as the hamper is received, our representatives will send you an email.
